Shipping

Free shipping in India above ₹50,000

Orders shipping within India qualify for complimentary shipping if the order total exceeds ₹50,000. For orders below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on size and destination.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout and depend on destination and piece size. Customs duties, import taxes, and any local fees are the buyer's responsibility. We declare full value on the customs forms.

Processing times

  • Open Editions: printed and packed within 3-5 business days of order
  • Limited Editions: printed and packed within 7-14 business days of order (longer for larger pieces and canvas editions)

Transit times (after dispatch)

  • Within India: 3-7 business days
  • International: 7-14 business days, depending on customs

Maximum delivery time

All orders are delivered within 30 days of order confirmation.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your piece is dispatched.

Returns

All sales are final.

Open Editions

Open Editions are printed individually as ordered. They are not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable once dispatched.

Limited Editions

Limited Editions are numbered, signed runs. They are non-returnable for any reason other than damage in transit.

Damaged Limited Editions: replacement claim

If a Limited Edition arrives with damage in transit, we will replace it at our cost. To make a claim, you must:

  1. Photograph the outer packaging at the time of delivery, before opening.
  2. Photograph the damaged piece immediately after opening, in the original packaging.
  3. Send both sets of photos to kuveramedia@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims without delivery-time photos cannot be processed. We arrange replacement (not refund) once damage is verified.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement. After that, production has typically started and the order is non-refundable.
