Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all orders placed on awedict.com, operated by Kuvera Media. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.

All sales are final. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Open Editions — no returns

Open Editions are printed individually as ordered, on archival paper, packed and dispatched within days of order. Once dispatched, they are not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable.

Limited Editions — damage in transit only

Limited Editions are numbered, signed runs. They are non-returnable and non-refundable for any reason other than verified damage in transit.

To make a damage claim, you must:

1. Photograph the outer packaging at the time of delivery, before opening.
2. Photograph the damaged piece immediately after opening, while still in the original packaging.
3. Email both sets of photos to kuveramedia@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims received without delivery-time photos of both the packaging and the damaged piece cannot be processed. We do not issue refunds for damaged pieces — we arrange a replacement at our cost once damage is verified.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement, before production begins. After 24 hours the order is non-refundable.

Refund processing (where applicable)

Where a refund is permitted under this policy (24-hour cancellation only), it is issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval. Bank processing times may add an additional 3 to 7 days.
