Where we ship
India and worldwide.
Delivery commitment
All orders are delivered within 30 days of order confirmation. Most orders ship significantly faster — typical breakdown below.
Processing time
• Open Editions — printed and packed within 3 to 5 business days of order.
• Limited Editions — printed and packed within 7 to 14 business days of order.
Transit time (after dispatch)
• Within India — 3 to 7 business days.
• International — 7 to 14 business days, depending on customs.
Shipping charges
Free shipping within India for orders above ₹50,000. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on size and destination. International rates are calculated at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your piece is dispatched.
Damage in transit — Limited Editions only
Every Limited Edition is insured to its full value. If a Limited Edition arrives with damage in transit, photograph the outer packaging at the time of delivery (before opening) and the damaged piece immediately after opening (in original packaging), then email kuveramedia@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Without delivery-time photos, claims cannot be processed.
We arrange replacement (not refund) for verified damage claims.
