Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of awedict.com (the "Site") and the purchase of any product from AWEDICT, operated by Kuvera Media ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase on the Site.

2. Products

We do our best to display the colours and details of our pieces accurately, but actual colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings and the inherent variability of giclée and watercolour printing. Sizes are accurate within typical manufacturing tolerances.

Limited Editions are sold as numbered, signed prints in capped runs. Each Limited Edition's run, once sold, is closed permanently.

Open Editions are printed individually as ordered, in two standard sizes, on archival paper. They are not numbered.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of applicable Indian taxes where shown. International customers may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Payment is processed at checkout via Razorpay, CCAvenue, Shopify Payments, or other authorized processors. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and supported wallets.

4. Shipping

See our Shipping Policy at /policies/shipping-policy for processing and transit times. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our control.

5. Returns and refunds

All sales are final. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy at /policies/refund-policy for the full terms. In summary:

• Open Editions are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
• Limited Editions are non-returnable except where damage in transit is documented with delivery-time photos sent within 24 hours of delivery. Damage claims result in replacement, not refund.
• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

6. Intellectual property

All artwork, photography, copy, and design on the Site are the property of Kuvera Media. You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, or commercially use any AWEDICT image or content without written permission.

When you purchase a print, you receive ownership of the physical print only. You do not acquire copyright or any reproduction rights in the artwork.

7. Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kuvera Media's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date below reflects the most recent revision.
